Fuji Shibazakura Festival 2023
15 April – 28 May 2023
Fuji Motosuko Resort
The Fuji Shibazakura Festival (富士芝桜まつり) is popular for its splendid view of a floral carpet in pink shades at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
The garden is filled with the moss phlox or “shiba-zakura” which means “lawn cherry blossom” in Japanese, as the grass flower is shaped like sakura.
We visited the “Fuji Shibazakura Festival 2023” to have a sneak peek for you.
