    La Folle Journée TOKYO 2020

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of La Folle Journée TOKYO in Japan, the 2020 festival will take place in honour of “Beethoven” and his 250th anniversary.

LFJ 2020 will present a rich programme featuring the great composer Beethoven. That includes his masterpieces ranging from symphonies to piano concertos, of course; but it also introduces his less known works and the homages to the great master created by 19th and 20th century composers.

LFJ gala concert and Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony

On the eve of LFJ TOKYO 2020, a gala concert will be held at the Tokyo International Forum.

A feature for the 2020 edition, a participatory programme “The Ninth Symphony together” (minna-de-daiku) will also take place.
