A long-awaited museum dedicated to Yayoi Kusama, one of the most outstanding artists in the world, will soon open its doors in central Tokyo.

The Kusama Yayoi Museum will launch an inaugural exhibition featuring, among others, Kusama’s painting series entitled “My Eternal Soul” on which she has been working since 2009. Abstract and representational motifs in vibrant colors dance freely across the square canvases, which are mostly in the same size of 194 x 194 cm. In February 2017, some 130 works from the series were displayed at the National Art Center, Tokyo with a huge success. Find those fantastic works at the brand new museum.
