soba and sake from all over Japan! At this open-air festival first to be held in Tokyo, taste Japan’s best buckwheat noodles from well-reputed places such as Horokanai (Hokkaido), Echizen (Fukui Prefecture) and Oku-aizu (Fukushima Prefecture).
For sake lovers (or sake beginners), an array of excellent rice wine from breweries across the country is available to accompany your soba, including: rare and excellent “Juyondai” (Yamagata Prefecture), “Dassai” (Yamaguchi Prefecture), and, if you’d prefer them light, fruit-flavoured and sparkling rice wine.
