An annual design and art fair “Design Touch” will soon take place at Tokyo Midtown near Roppongi and Akasaka.

The theme of the 2017 edition is “fureru”, a Japanese verb meaning to touch, feel and experience. During the event, Midtown will be full of creative events and exhibitions to “feel and experience design”, both inside and outside the buildings, such as an interactive vegetable greenhouse set up on the lawn and “mono-kokoro” lanterns that greet passers-by in the garden.
