Need a bit of holiday cheer?Roppongi Hills Christmas 2021 has kickstarted with the enchanting “Keyakizaka-dori Street Illumination”, one of the most frequented lighting events for the season.
The multifaceted complex offers a variety of Christmas activities, from the popular Christmas market to events featuring Latvia, the birth place of Christmas tree.

Highlights of Roppongi Hills Christmas 2021
◆Keyakizaka-dori Street Illumination 2021
For a pleasant winter stroll on the edge of Roppongi Hills, Keyakizaka-dori Street is lit up beautifully with about 700,000 LEDs in blue and snow-white shades.
Have also a view of the enchanting street from Keyakizaka’s overarching bridge, decked with a Christmas tree.

◆ Roppongi HIlls Christmas Market 2021
Roppongi Hills’ Christmas market will take place for the 15th time this year, with stalls made in the style of Stuttgart offering Christmas ornaments and items, as well as glühwein and sausages.
【Dates】 27 November – 25 December
【Hours】 11 am – 9 pm*Access will be limited to prevent the spread of the Covid-19.
◆ Programmes featuring Latvia at Roppongi Hills
From 7 to 19 December, Roppongi Hills will hold programmes under the inspiration of the birth of Christmas trees in Latvia, to kindle a light of hope in the winter darkness.
At Roppongi Hills Arena, a Christmas market in the old town of Riga will be reproduced. Live transmissions from the Latvian capital and food stalls will get you into the Latvian Christmas mood.

◆ West Walk “Bonbon Blossom”
At the atrium of West Walk, this year’s Christmas tree is made in a lovely shape of “floral bonbons” inspired by chocolate bonbons.

◆ Unforgettable Tower by Sebastian Masuda
The Unforgettable Tower is lit up now in the kawaii Christmas mood.
At Tokyo City View, Roppongi Hills’ observatory on the 52nd floor of Mori Building, “Sanrio Exhibition: 60 Years of Kawaii Culture in Japan” is being held.
The symbol art “Unforgettable Tower”, a work by Sebastian Masuda, is now decorated specially to celebrate “Christmas in the Sky” (at Tokyo City View, from 1 November to 26 December).
