Highlights of “Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser ”
Since the 19th century, Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” has yielded various forms of adaptations and expressions across genres – art, movies, photography, performing arts and fashion, among others.
This exhibition will explore the influence of Alice through approximately 300 pieces, mostly on loan from the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) in London.
Star attractions include John Tenniel’s original drawings for the Lewis Carroll book, materials from Disney and Tim Burton movies, works of Salvador Dali and Yayoi Kusama.
Also on display are dresses and costumes featuring Alice, along with a robe of the Punk Lolita genre made in Japan

All this sounds promising for both children and adults alike, this summer, to discover a perpetual Wonderland full of thrills.
