• Starry Sky Illumination

    Tokyo City View, Roppongi Hills
    7 November – 25 December 2015

Tokyo City View, an observation deck located on the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills, now presents a special hands-on attraction for the winter season. At the “Starry Sky Touch-Screen Theater”, 16 large window panels, overlooking Tokyo’s nightscape, are turned into a giant screen to display the starry sky created by projection mapping. With your smartphone, wow your fellow visitors tonight by materializing your favourite constellation and a crescent or full moon on the whole window panes; or team up with your friends to locate a constellation together.

As a bonus, in the planetarium area produced by Takayuki Ohira, you can take plunge into the super-planetarium MEGASTAR to catch a view of aurora, and walk through the Galaxy Promenade where one billion stars sparkle (admission fee extra).
