Countdown 2016 at Hanayashiki
31 December 2015
Asakusa Hanayashiki is a popular amusement park, located close to Sensoji Temple. Many people say that “its retro-looking atmosphere fits the town of Asakusa perfectly”. Opened during the Edo Period, back in 1853, the historic amusement park is also known as one of the best countdown venues in Tokyo. Let’s celebrate New Year’s Eve, screaming in the haunted house and riding roller coasters. Let fun roll with a stage entertainment with the comedian Hikky Kitakaze. At a draw, you might even win a Lucky Happi (a traditional Japanese jacket) that entitles you (and your companions with you) to the privilege of free entry to Hanayashiki all through the year! Have fun to conclude the year 2015, just before visiting Sensoji Temple for New Year’s worship.
